The Water Damage Assessment / Inspection Process

Detect the Water Damage and its source. – After taking a look at the damages, we use state of the art water and moisture sensing equipment, including infrared equipment to determine the water damage source and affected areas. While using the equipment, we are also conducting a more extensive physical search for all related problems, such as mold growth and odors in the walls, insulation, or other unseen places.

Stop the Water Damage source. The next step is to stop the water source if possible, which could involve turning off the water, shutting down the sewage line, or something as simple as moving a fixture to look behind it.

Time Needed.  This preliminary inspection takes 30-90 minutes depending on complexity. Afterwards, we provide a verbal summary of the issues and next steps in the claims process.
